Led international team of 50+ UX designers, managers & directors in product, design systems & data viz. Scaled team from 3. Key outcomes included DevOps efficiency & observability improvement for application performance monitoring, workflows, notifications, collaboration, Kubernetes, distributed tracing, infrastructure, logs & errors.
Codestream & New Relic Integration
Post-Codestream acquisition, our UX team enabled developers to click errors shown in New Relic and edit the exact line of troubled code. We produced onboarding and IDE interaction and worked with dozens of teams & dependencies from ideation to launch in 5 weeks.
Customizable Navigation
I led a major design initiative at New Relic to make the navigation fully customizable, giving users control to tailor their workspace to their needs. We simplified the UI, added dark mode, flexible layout options, and ensured is accessbility compliant.
